Valentine's Day is by far my favorite holiday. I love taking the opportunity to spoil my kids and husband with a little bit extra, well, love!
Last year I started the tradition of giving them all a special Valentine every day for the week leading up to Valentine's Day. This post is the first in a series I’m calling Valentine-a-Day.
On the first day of my Valentine-a-Day I'm giving them each one of these: a bag of Trix cereal with a tag that reads “You’re all that and a bag of Trix”.

I can remember back to kindergarten or first grade, doing fun cutting and pasting with construction paper and that lumpy white paste that everyone has tasted at least once.
Come on. You know you tried it.
When my oldest was about four I pulled my favorite classic Halloween poem, Five Little Pumpkins out from my memory, dusted it off, and added my own spin. The following activity was created before my clip art days. In fact, it is the project that started me off on my clip art adventure.
